* Medals for miles program:
Log in your miles to earn medals. You must complete the required miles for your medal in a one month period. Miles are not cumulative from one month to the next, so you must complete all the required miles in that month. Miles are used to measure distance for Road Bikes, Kilometers for MTB. Only one of each medal per year for road miles and/or MTB kilometers, i.e. you can't earn a Bronze medal every month by riding 100 m/k each month; however, you can earn one of each for road and MTB.
100 Miles/K earns you a Bronze Medal
500 Miles/K earns you a Silver Medal
1000 Miles/K earns you a Gold Medal
The "Iron Butt Award" is a plaque, awarded to anyone willing to take the challenge. Log in the miles/kilometers and earn all three medals in one year and the plaque is yours.
